We are proud to announce that the SEAEN project has been awarded the Silver Innovation Award of the Celje Region, presented by the Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry Celje.
This recognition is an important acknowledgment of several years of dedicated research, development, and collaboration invested in creating an innovative solution for sustainable marine energy generation. SEAEN is the result of a successful partnership between ETRA d.o.o. and PRIMUM d.o.o., combining expertise to develop a new generation of accessible and modular renewable energy technologies.
The Silver Award confirms SEAEN’s contribution to advancing green technologies and the blue economy. An important milestone of the project is its successful demonstration in a real marine environment, where the system currently powers an underwater camera used for monitoring fish populations and seawater turbidity.
Behind SEAEN stands an interdisciplinary team of experts in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation, energy systems, and product development. The innovators behind the project are:
